- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags/receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Digital downloads (if applicable).
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective).
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us: Email info@debbieg.shop with:
- Order number.
- Product details and reason for return.
- Photos (if damaged/defective).
- Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back: Send the item to: CopyDownload[Your Return Address]
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for high-value items).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Pays: Return shipping unless the item is faulty/wrongly shipped.
- Refund Deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless an error on our part).
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method: Refunds go to the original payment method. Bank/PayPal processing times may apply.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.
