Returns & Exchange Policy for debbieg.shop

We want you to love your purchase from debbieg.shop. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to request a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return/exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags/receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized/custom-made products.
    • Digital downloads (if applicable).
    • Sale/clearance items (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email info@debbieg.shop with:
    • Order number.
    • Product details and reason for return.
    • Photos (if damaged/defective).
  2. Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Send the item to: CopyDownload[Your Return Address]
    • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for high-value items).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Pays: Return shipping unless the item is faulty/wrongly shipped.
  • Refund Deduction: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless an error on our part).

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Method: Refunds go to the original payment method. Bank/PayPal processing times may apply.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery for replacements/refunds.
  • Provide photos as proof.

7. Store Credit

  • Optionally, offer store credit instead of refunds (e.g., “Get 110% back as shop credit!”).
